  • Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, government-issued ID numbers
  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, residential address
  • Financial Data: Bank account details, income information, employment details, loan history
  • Identity Verification: Photographs of ID documents, facial recognition data (for liveness detection)

2.2 Device and Usage Information

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers
  • Usage Data: App interactions, features used, time spent in app
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address (not precise GPS)

2.3 Optional Backup Data (Opt-In Only)

Important: The following data is ONLY collected if you explicitly enable backup features in Settings. All backups are disabled by default.

  • Contacts Backup (Optional): If enabled, backs up your contacts for your convenience. You can enable/disable and delete anytime in Settings.
  • Photo Backup (Optional): If enabled, backs up selected photos. You can enable/disable and delete anytime in Settings.
  • Camera: To capture ID documents and perform facial verification for identity verification.

Note: We do NOT collect call logs or SMS messages. These permissions are not requested by our app.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Loan Processing: To evaluate your loan application and determine eligibility
  • Identity Verification: To verify your identity and prevent fraud
  • Credit Assessment: To assess your creditworthiness and determine loan terms
  • Account Management: To create and manage your account
  • Communication: To send loan updates, payment reminders, and important notices

  • Banking Partners: To process loan disbursements and repayments
  • Identity Verification Services: To verify your identity documents
  • Payment Processors: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz

  • Encryption: All data transmitted is encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • Secure Storage: Sensitive data is encrypted at rest
  • Access Controls: Strict access controls and authentication

6. Data Retention

  • Active Loans: Duration of loan plus 7 years (regulatory requirement)
  • Rejected Applications: 2 years for fraud prevention
  • Account Data: Until you request account deletion (30-day processing period)

7. Your Rights and Data Management

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data via Settings > Delete My Data (30-day processing)
  • Manage Backups: Enable/disable contact and photo backups in Settings
  • Withdraw Consent: Disable optional backups anytime in Settings

Quick Cash is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
